Positive Changes at MCRS

rabbit blog

There have been many changes in MCRS over the last few months, and I want to tell you about a couple of them.

The first is this updated website. We’ve worked with some great people who volunteered their time and expertise to help us have a better, more concise, and more visually appealing website. Thank you to Brandon, Chad, Terp, and Ryan (and Ryan’s team) for everything. We could not have accomplished this without you.

Another change is in our adoption process. Previously, a potential adopter had to print out an adoption application, fill it out, and fax it back to us. This had a number of problems, including reading people’s writing and asking people to find a fax machine. Now, we’ve come full force into the 21st century and people can fill out the adoption application online. It gets automatically sent to our Adoption Director and Adoption Application Coordinator, who can then contact people a lot quicker.

Finally, we now have this awesome blog. In order for it to be effective, we need volunteers to write articles about anything bunny-related. If there’s something you want to write about (providing it doesn’t conflict with MCRS’ mission, vision, or values), please contact us. I look forward to this being a place for education and good discussion on numerous topics.

Thank you for supporting MCRS. We—and the bunnies—really appreciate it!
